We have the greatest capacity to learn from one another, challenge each other, and fight for similar causes. However, our weakness is that sometimes we rarely climb through those walls and break down barriers. We allow ourselves to pity our situation and allow others to feel the same.
My quest is to utilize my mind, my soul, and my being to be the best: seeking out others who see me doing awesome things. My quest will bring me to narrow parts, strange areas but these ventures must be taken in order to breathe freely.
This poem shows me that it is possible; that my life matters. My work has value and I will never back down!
